Microstudio 2517 requires Direct X 9.0
Try downloading and installing Direct X 9.0 from the Microsoft website. it is available as a free download for all Windows O.S's except 95 and NT. Thus Microstudio 2517 will not run on 95 or NT. The surest way to find out what version you have is to click on START, RUN, and type in DXDIAG...at the bottom of the first page it will tell you what version of Direct X you are running. George.
