Re: Extended Disply Problem

Well **** I have a new problem. After updating the k lite codec the karaoke video is playing beautifully on my extended monitors in my office. But last night when I got to the venue on their big screen TV half of the screen is completely blocked out when playing the video. I have the same problem on my living room TV. Man I hope there is an easy fix for this. The 2 monitors in my office are both Vizio. I have a Sony in my living room and I have no idea what brand the TV\'s are at the venue.

Re: Extended Disply Problem

What do you mean by half blocked out?
Do you mean the picture is not filling the whole screen?
Could take a picture of it and attach it to your post?

Re: Extended Disply Problem

Sorry it took so long to get back to you I was having password problems. I believe I figured out my problem by messing with the resolution and scale on my extended screen. I\'m going to do more testing at the venues as I go forward before the next show. The screen was showing the right half of the lyrics and the left half of the screen was blacked out completely only while the video was playing.

Re: Extended Disply Problem

I managed to replicate what your seeing and found it seems to be more screen scale setting.
If you open display settings click on monitor #1 then see what the scale setting is for that monitor, often set 125%, then select #2 monitor and make it match I think you\'ll find it corrects the video output.
