I moved this to Hoster Help where this type of question is looked for and answered.

Are you absolutely sure you don't have the songers_backup.mdb in the C/MTU/Hoster folder?

Our code does an automatic backup before converting to the new Singers Database format. This is a code failure if its not there, and there is no other answer.
