Computer Lockup when using custom assembly

After testing my equipment I have found that my Yamaha Drive Is not compatible for writing CD+Gs It was also creating problems with all MTU software. I replaced my drive with a Plextor 40x12x40 and have Eliminated All Problems. All Programs and drives are working Great!!!
Yamaha (not good)
PLextor (GREAT)
