What email address did you sent to?
We have a Support Ticket system that insures we get your questions. Click the SUPPORT navigation link at the top of any of our web pages. You can also log into your store Account and see all your past orders and product RegCodes. |

All the information you need for your past purchases would be listed there.

I received an email from MTU Karaoke Store stating I would receive a credit as of 4-6-10. I tried to reply to that email (Unknow adress) My account still reflects no credit! Very hard to understand what is going on.

Mr. Rohr, your credit card issuing bank will hold your money for 7-10 days (it's called "float"). Please don't expect it to appear on your card statement earlier.
