Hoster purchase

How long does it take to get a response from MTU via email? I sent one last week concerning my past purchases so I can determine what I need. I was looking forward to using it this weekend. Have to wait now.

What email address did you sent to?

Mr. Rohr, can you please state your question here so we can try to solve it quickly?

I'll call MTUSUPPORT and see if he answered your Ticket. It is very rare that he doesn't answer within 12 business hours.

You were sent an immediate reply when you submitted your Ticket. If you don't see it, look in your Junk folder. That email has your Ticket number and a link to it so you can go and see our answer.

I received an email from MTU Karaoke Store stating I would receive a credit as of 4-6-10. I tried to reply to that email (Unknow adress) My account still reflects no credit! Very hard to understand what is going on.

Mr. Rohr, your credit card issuing bank will hold your money for 7-10 days (it's called "float"). Please don't expect it to appear on your card statement earlier.

Here is the proof that we executed your credit on April 6th at 9:17:26 AM.

TransactionID: 2926755357
Order#: 70630
Refund
06-Apr-2010 09:17:26
Rohr, Charles
XXXXXX04
USD (160.00)

Re: Hoster purchase

Take the above information from Admin and call your credit card people.

I called them. They said they have no record of the refund. I have been dealing with this institution since 1968. Could you have issued it to another account?

Credit card company has no info on transaction. I have just looked at some of your previous email and yolu may have credited the wrong card. If xxxxxx04 indicates my card number it is incorrect............What is my next step?

Send them a Support ticket Charles to sales.

Not sure what a support ticket is. Can you tell me? I should send it to MTU sales?

Re: Hoster purchase

Support Ticket Emails are under the Support section on the main MTU web page. You have the ability in theis to tell it which department to send it to.

What would be another way of resolving this issue? It's been days since I sent the message. Weeks since the purchase. Still no response.

Thanks Sandy. I think the numbers were from a very old credit card account. Glad you caught the error. Again Thanks..................Charlie
