First off MTU does not provide 24/7 support. Most cases it takes at least a 2 - 5 days to get response. And currently they do not provide direct telephone support though you can call and leave a message.
Did the previous computers crash to the degree that you were unable to uninstall Hoster before sending the computer back? If not then you should have connected the computer to the internet and uninstalled Hoster which would have automatically reset your registration for that computer. (Just an FYI for future changes.)
If you need a more immediate response then you needed to submit an Emergency Help Ticket, but it needs to be a real emergency and even then it is doubtful you will get a response in 16 hrs.
