When this happens to me I just drag the singers display to the Tv. Just click and drag it to the left it should enter your tv screen. Then resize it by the corner of the box. Sometimes this happens on an upgrade. I've done it a few times. It freaked me out the first time it happened to me at a show. I hope this helps.
