Laptop Help

Hello Everyone newbie here. I've been wanting to upgrade my show using a laptop with the Hoster program for sometime now and I finally have the chance to do it but I have a few questions before I do that. I have a family member that GAVE me a fairly new laptop its the Compaq EVO N600c. I need to know if this laptop will support the Hoster program. Here are the specs:

Intel Pentium III 1.066 GHz - M

Windows XP Professional

Mobile Intel Processor

512K Level 2 cache

20 GigaByte

DVD read at 8x Speed

256 MB RAM Upgradeable to 1024 MB RAM

Compaq Premier Sound
Soundblaster Pro compatible Integrated 16 bit stereo

ATI Mobility Radeon, 64-bit video graphics with 16-MB

USB 1.1 (2 ports)

Thats it in a nutshell. I just need to know if my computer will support Hoster and if I need to upgrade my video or audio cards.
