No song lyrics

The program will add the song just like if I import a cd track. First the program imports the track then converts to KMA and plays okay. Only when I play the singers disc the audio is there but no video. I also just noticed that Microstudio won't play the songs from a disc either. It puts it in the play list but then the program flashes and then it has the song showing but that's all You might want to connect and see exactly what is happening.
