Out Of Sync Help!!

I am a Vista user with a brand new HP computer. Upgraded to new version 4.5. Few songs work fine BUT majority of the rest are out of sync. Some words are even out of order. How do I fix this? How do I downgrade to to a lower version. The only downgrade I see is 3.21. Where do I go to get the other versions?

HELP!! I perform 5 nights a week and need help asap!!
