Hold on partner! Don't throw out the baby with the bath water!

Quoting from the 4.05 Hoster manual:

"
WARNING

DO NOT move the Show Display screen to the second display/TV during a show as it can automatically restart the video, and the audio may be out of sync! This cannot be prevented.
"

Now, in the frenzied pace of releasing 4.05, I forgot to add in this additional warning:

"DO NOT double click the Show Display to Full screen, or from Full screen back to windowed mode. If you do, the graphics card will restart the video, but the audio continues to play. That will insure you are out of sync. To overcome this, move your Show Display to the second monitor, double click it (while playing a song or not doesn't matter), then stop play from Hoster's STOP button, then restart the song, or play another song. Everything should be in sync."

I can easily believe that your moving the left edge of the window to have no white border could also cause the video card to reset the display.

Please try this and post here what you find.
