Non changable program files are under C:\Program Files\Micro Technology Unlimited\Hoster....
Changable files such as the Songs.database, playlists and KMA files cannot be under the Program Files (per Vista rules) so MTU created the separate folder C:\MTU\Hoster for those. So yes Hoster uses two areas for files storage.
