I just upgraded from Hoster 3.310 to 3.314 and when I try to import tracks I get a "cd/dvd drive not ready please insert disc" error. I configured the drive defaults, did a system restore to 3.310, uninstalled and reinstalled both 3.310 and 3.314. Hoster will not see the discs. Simple fix. Go to Plextor's web site and get the latest firmware updates for both models and install.
Additionally go to Windows Update site, do a Custom check, and install any updates listed. You may have to do this a couple of times to make sure you have them all.
