2 x Computers / External HD / Hoster Error

Using an external USB Drive to store KMA files. Also keeping a copy of kma files on main (Home) computers HD as a backup ---

When the USB Drive is disconnected from the main computer -- Hoster Error's out - it is still looking for the file songs.mdb on the external USB drive and won't let me into anything to change the drive 'Hoster Error -- Sorry, must close"

Some programs allow this type of 'direction' to be put in the command string that calls the exe file. Can this be done in Hoster (didn't see it in the manual, but lots of things don't get into the manual that are built in) --

I'm sure that when I reconnect the external drive -- all should work fine, but since I have a full dataset on this HD as well and have just purchased another HD exclusively for backup purposes -- I've got to get a handle on how to point Hoster towards the correct drive.
