Several things you would want to do
1) If you have installed software that came with the drive... uninstall it 2) Go to www.microsoft.com/windowsupdate Install any service packs first Critical updates Second any plug-un updates third ( ie: Directx v9.0, etc) (any plug-ins that you are not going to use, do not install them) Then retry the Microstudio software |
