It is one of the Microsoft Office programs, you either have to purchase Microsoft Office Professional or purchase it as a separate item.
Once installed on your computer you start it like any other program in your Start/programs list, if it is on your computer you can open your songs.mdb by right clicking it and selecting "Open With" and it will appear in the list.

I'd say, if you haven't already got it, stay away from it, you can cause more problems to Hoster using it.
If you have Microsoft office Excel version 2007 or above you can open the songs.mdb in that to view it, sort data and print lists.
