Re: No sound carried over from my HDMI output from my computer?

As Dale said, this will disable any sound going through your normal audio out but if you want the sound through your TV or other HDMI device this is how to do it.
Right click on the speaker icon on the task bar. click "Playback Devices" when the window opens if you can't see HDMI output right click blank area in box, from the window that pops up tick the boxes "Show Disabled Devices & Show Disconnected Devices" Press OK. Open playback devices again and you should now see the HDMI Icon. Now you can right click on the device and choose "Set as Default Device" then press OK.
Now when you open Hoster Go to tools tab/Audio Controls and make sure it's showing your HDMI playlist audio card if not press the drop down box and select it. If you have done all this right it should now play sound through your TV but if you want to revert it back you should either disable it through the playback devices window or make the speakers high definition device the default.
