Problems Installing Hoster

I have a new laptop and would like to install Hoster (as well as the rest of my MTU Suite) on the new machine.

The installer complains that I already have it installed on 2 PC's - which is correct.

How do I get one user seat moved from the old PC to the new one? I do not want to use it on the old laptop any more.

Thanks in advance!!

you have to uninstall or removed one of hosters completely and submit a ticket, and explain , make sure you have the same email add. when you first bought hoster and also make sure you have the computers name.

OK - That's done.
I supplied the old and new PC names in the ticket.

My son is here from out of town helping me. He must leave tomorrow morning. Any idea how long it takes them to respond?

Thank you billyo for your help.

JOANIE, you're in luck. I've deleted 1 registration record for each of your products. Your son can now install them.

You have been with us a long time. Some of your products are quite out of date. I suggest you review all the new version updates at:

http://www.mtu.com/support/customer-....htm#Downloads

To Get your Hoster download link, I've emailed you a special link.

Enjoy, and have a Happy New Year.

Billyo, thanks for being here and supporting JOANIE! Great job!!!
