Been There, Done That

I have the same issue and submitted a ticket almost a week ago and still have not heard anything. I received a ticket number so I know they have it. Is there some other way to get this info?

they might have your registration reset already, try re-installing hoster, that happened to me ,they already re-set my registration without notifying me, people at mtu are kinda busy, from what i heard there's only one person trying to fixed some of the prior glitches of the upgrades, those guys are good on helping people like us that needed to have registration re-set..

If you have the ticket number then you can check the status in the Support area with it. MTU is running behind because of the ticket load and that they are really busy trying to get version 4.000 ready to release.
