You can submit a ticket without signbing in or set up your user for the Support Center then submit ticket. They have a separate security database for the support.

Where Do I go To Find A support ticket? I try to sign into the support
page and I keep getting a different reply. one time it says i'm logged in
then when I click on log in and resign the # it says I'm not loged in. I
am trying to get permission to get hoster on a vista computer. My old Lap
top, I Had to Junk. I have a desk top I use as my work station. I want to use
my lap top on playing jobs. If I have to buy another key just let me know.

Thank You
Davie Lee

Go to http://www.mtu.com/kb/support-center.htm
If you have not used this before you will need to register, but you can use the same registration you use for the forums or your store account. The security database for the Support Center is not the same one used for the store accounts or the forum. Once you have registered, login to the Support Center and submit a ticket.

If you wait for MTU to find this post it could be several days before they get to it. Be sure to include in your ticket, the email address you used to purchase Hoster so they can find your account.
