I am running windows 7 500 gb hard drive with a 7850 rpm.. I haven't had any problems until today uploading bin files. I have been having trouble since the upgrade uploading disks. I put a cd into my computer, it uploads part of the disk then stops with a a kma error, and today when I purchased some downloads it will see what I want it to convert to play in hoster, will read it, then it freezes... Please help me. thank you

When you say you haven't had any problems until the upgrade, do you mean upgraded from an old version to 4.32 or are you referring to this months update of the database.

Re: Locking up when importing bin

The latest update is 432.01.
When you try to install and it fails, does it give you a message, if so what is the message?

Did you Upgrade or try to remove and reinstall with the new one? If you tried to use the upgrade and it failed then the previous loaded version should still be usable.

When you are importing the BIN files what error message are you getting?
Have you tried downloading the file again from the site you got it from?

Hi Douglass
I was able to import on my other computer, but as I stated earlier, I lost the whole Hoster program. I reinstalled from an earlier version, but am unable upgrade as my downloads are locked and no one from MTU is responding because it's saturday. I am a little frustrated but have a slower computer I can run for backup in a pinch. I just wish they had a 24 hour emergency line to get in and actually talk to someone.
Thanks, Jc

Re: Locking up when importing bin

Unfortunately that is not the case. Since you put in the emergency ticket someone may look at it before Monday, but that is not definate. If not it should be fixed fairly quickly Monday.
