reformatting hard drive

I am having problems with my laptop that has the hoster program on it. If I reformat the hard drive, I will lose the hoster program and will need to be reinstalled. Will I have to buy a new hoster program or can I re-download what I have now?

Re: reformatting hard drive

What version do you have?
If it is not the current version (4.22) then I hope you have a copy of the install program as this is the only one you can download.
If it is a version 4.11 or newer and you have a copy of the insall program then all you have to do is uninstall it while connected to the internet. It will then register with MTU that you have uninstalled it.

The version I have is 3.316 with upgrades. I do have a hard copy. The computer is not working now so I'm on another computer.

Re: reformatting hard drive

Then you will need to submit a Support Ticket to get your registration code reset before you will be able to re-install it.
