reformatting hard drive
I am having problems with my laptop that has the hoster program on it. If I reformat the hard drive, I will lose the hoster program and will need to be reinstalled. Will I have to buy a new hoster program or can I re-download what I have now?

Re: reformatting hard drive
What version do you have?
If it is not the current version (4.22) then I hope you have a copy of the install program as this is the only one you can download. If it is a version 4.11 or newer and you have a copy of the insall program then all you have to do is uninstall it while connected to the internet. It will then register with MTU that you have uninstalled it. |
Re: reformatting hard drive
The version I have is 3.316 with upgrades. I do have a hard copy. The computer is not working now so I'm on another computer.

Then you will need to submit a Support Ticket to get your registration code reset before you will be able to re-install it.
