I just downloaded Hoster 4.01....How do I get the Tempo Change to worK?

Wait for it in 4.02 or when MTU gets it working.
 The Tempo change was giving problems so it is delayed at least until they get the Vista parts working.

 ..Putting my backup drive in to run the old version for now....

You don't have to do that. Hoster 3.4 (3.321) is included with the install of version 4. Look in the Hoster folder under Program files and find Hoster34.exe. Create a shortcut and put it on your desktop. That gives you both versions.
What is disappointing you about Hoster 4.01? What problems are you having?
