Exclamation Error 7. Please contact MTU

I am getting this error message when trying to do the upgrade from 3.300 to 3.301. First execution of install program did removal of old version, second execution generates this error message when I try to register. I'm using my original email (which is an old, incorrect and no longer valid address) and registration ID (ending in be7d), and am connected to the internet. Please assist ASAP. Thank you.

Unhappy Thanks, but didn't work

I had already tried the information in "My Account" since I noticed it showed my current email address and a registration code of "Upgrade". When I enter that info, though, I get the error message "Please enter the Original Registration Code to continue". When I enter my original code but leave the email address as it was, the error message is now "The email address you entered is incorrect". When I put the email address back to what was in my original registration, I'm back to "Error 7. Please contact MTU". Still need assistance, please.

Talking Try, try, try again

Well, for grins I went back to my 3.12 order and found YET ANOTHER registration code (different from my original order, and different from what was shown on my 3.301 upgrade purchase), and - yay - that one worked. Thanks for the assitance. At least it made me dig deeper.
