As Beavis said try the Songbook in Hoster. It can do exactly what you are doing with a little initial work. Hoster has a "Hide in Songbook" feature that you can use to hide your duplicates. Then when you go to print you can choose to exclude those mark as Hide to create your singer's copies and choose not to exclude it to create a master copy for you.

The Create Songbook also can create a list of all your DiskIDs that you can use to make the list of them and add the locations.

The way I do my disks is I write the BookID on the disk and they are stored in binders in numerical order. That way if I need one all I need is to look for the ID number. I also have the binders labeled on the front with what numbers are in it (0-200, 200-400, etc).
