Mark is correct, this is why. The new feature that MTU added to Hoster 4.0X concerning installs, is the ability to remove Hoster 4.0X from one computer and install it on a different computer without MTU's intervension (you have to be online

). Since your machine went south on you (died

), you were not able to uninstall Hoster so MTU will have to reset this manualy on their end.
