Do you still use the same email address that you originally ordered with?
If not that would be why you don't get the email as the new password is sent to your original registration email. Your best bet then would be to submit a Support Ticket to change your store account email to your current one, so you can get the new password.
If you are then check your "Junk Email" or check with your ISP to make sure email from MTU.com is allow through.

As far as the telephone support, many companies don't use telephone support, or now route you to India or elsewhere which is all but worthless.
