I submitted a ticket to MTU No Action

I submitted a ticket on Monday, it shows it was viewed but I have had no action taken. I am still locked out of my store account and can do nothing without someone taking action. Sending a new password to the existing email account on file is not working.

I have been trying to get this resolved since last friday. I need my laptop working for a Saturday show. I REALLY NEED SOME HELP.
