Thanks for your reply. I can't find the download box. It looks like my option to update the software expired on 12/22/06. I got the email invitation to update from 3.303 to 3.313 for free in early Dec but I think all the upgrading was burdoning the system so they shut it down before I could upgrade. Now it looks like I may have lost my opportunity because of the expiration date.

You need to submit a
support ticket and request a download link.
We upgraded our download.mtu.com server to double the capacity (at double the cost to us
). I'm sure that the speeds now are back to normal.
