It does not display the plextor PX712A (usb) drive at all. It is not listed.
The older CD-RW and DVD drives are displayed as not supporting the Karaoke format.
My computer is current. There are no driver updates for the motherboard nor the usb. The new DVD drive works with Roxio apps and Windows Explorer. It runs DVD movies, and copies CD's. Only your demo software appears to have problems.
