We were using an mp3 file that we converted to wav with creative converter and it would not play, we finally got a hold of tech support and got all of our bugs worked out, and have the system working...

Just trying to get started with Suite 4, on a brand new lap top running XP, and we're having a problem getting the music to come up. We've put in the lyrics, put a converted wav file in the list...
