Submit Tickets Are Not Working - Read page instructions
I have submitted three support tickets in the last few days, when I go back to check on them they are not there only my very old support tickets are showing up.

Admin should catch you post Monday and check on it. They don't work weekends. |

I have searched by your email first last name at comcast.net, which is the email that we have on record in the forums and you have submitted 2 support tickets under. The support Tickets that I see for you are both very old, one is 2 months old the other is 5 months old, both of which I had answered. Let me know if you have submitted them under a different email, or tell me what the problem is. |
Submitted Tickets
I don't know what the problem is, I log into my account and over the weekend I submitted three tickets but not of them are showing up. I am using the same e-mail adddress I have always used.
I am on the support page right now, submit ticket page, OK I think I see the problem, after you submit the ticket, there is another page where you then have to click submit ticket again, I thought those were just FAO's......it seems to be working now. My faught AS USUAL!!! |
