Can\'t install Hoster and Microstudio

I sent my broken computer to
SquareTrade insurance repair
Facility. About 2 ½ weeks later
They sent me an email stating
my computer was not repairable.
They sent me the entire amount I
Had paid for it. A few days after
That I received my C and D drives.
My problem is I downloaded Hoster &
Microstudio but could not install them.
I was able to download and install
Keyrite & Songverter.
