Re: New KMH Hoster files
Quote:
If you modify the KMA in Hoster like changing the Title or Artist information, then yes redo your back-up zip to reflect the corrections in the file name. Now when you import from a zip file Hoster creates a second file in the folder that is a KMH. This file is only 256 bytes (Explorer will show 1 to 4Kb depending on how your hard drive is setup) that contains just the header information. You original zip file remains just as it was. This means that you do not have to convert to make a back-up but just copy the ZIP to your back-up folder. You can edit the KMH, but I wouldn't do anything to it's companion ZIP file (like edit its filename) or Hoster will no longer find it. If all your imports are from CD then nothing changes in how you have been doing it. If you are also importing new from ZIP files then you have to be careful what you do.
