Remove the old versions

LaurieHurst, I'm sorry you are having problems.

I think what you need to do is first select the REMOVE option (Modify-Repair-Remove) in the Installation program. Then, run the Install program again and it will install the new versions.

Post back here if that does not solve your problems and we'll dig deeper.
