Hoster Update
I wanted update one of my laptops. I either forgot my ID-Password or forgot to write a new one down. But the saved one is not letting me login to my account.
I called, left a message, I can\\\'t leave a ticket because I can\\\'t login. Can someone help? Thank you |

I must have missed the email. I am trying again to login for new software. I am able to login into the support page and the Forum. But asking the automated page to send me a link for a new password isn\'t working. Could you help please?

I have an old version of Hoster 5 50 06 almost 10 years old on an even older laptop. The old laptop wiill not let me uninstall Hoster so that i can install Hoster on my new laptop. I already have a version on another Laptop but because I have 2 it wont let me install another.

You didn\'t say the process you are using to uninstall. Could you explain your steps? I have done this a few times and reinstalled onto another laptop.
