I am having to do it 99 songs at a time. So far so good. But it is taking a bit longer than I would have liked.

What version are you running ? I just checked out 1.33 and loaded a folder with over 5000 tracks and ticked the Select All button no trouble. The 99 limit is in Importing into Hoster, 99 tracks per Disc Id. Are you posting in the correct Forum ?
