Will an upgrade increase speed of conversion?

I am currently converting KMA to MP3+G. I have no idea what version I'm running because it doesn't show up in the about area or on my account purchase info. I bought it Oct. 2010. Will the new version be any faster? This is taking forever! Currently 72 songs in 35 min. Could take weeks 24/7 at this rate. Any Ideas?

Re: Will an upgrade increase speed of conversion?

I think it is more dependent on the speed of your processor. I have the latest version 1.33 and just tested it and it was converting 3 kma's to mp3+g per minute, yours is working out at 2 per min.
Would still take some time to convert large amounts.

It will convert kma to WMA+G very quick as they are already in a wma format inside the kma envelope.
So if that format is acceptable to you it would be the quickest. Plus I believe the wma format gives higher quality audio.
