![]() When installing a completely new version to replace an older version that is not upgradable, is there any specific instructions I have to follow?
The older version I have is 5.41.05 to be replaced with the newest one. Laptop windows 10 pro 64bits, I5 2.2ghz, ram 6gb, HD 371 gb free. The why of my question is because I already messed installing it in another laptop windows 11 pro, and I still can\'t fix it. Here in this forum, the only guy expert helping us is Roy Dennis. MTU customer support sucks. I submitted a ticket longer than a week ago and still don\'t get an answer from MTU. I am considering dumping in the trash can Hoster and go with power karaoke video, even though I might have to convert to mp3+g files some 10k .kma files. Thanks to Roy in advance since I am sure he is the one who will try to help me. ![]() |

Only reservation I have is did you purchase a single licence or Duo?
If you purchased a single licence you would first have to uninstall from other computer before you could install on another computer. Other than that just follow the instructions. Part of the way through you should see two tick boxes, one choice being do you want to remove all saved settings, your choice I would leave it unchecked.
