Can\'t reinstall Karaoke Home Producer?

Hi Everyone.
I am trying to reinstall \"Karaoke Home Producer\"

It asks for code and rego # etc. But it keeps telling me to put in a \'Valid\' email address. I put in the email address I used when I purchased the software. Can anyone help please. Thanking you in advance. Lani.
