Does Microstudio now support this drive. I am about to update to latest version but would be wasting my time if it won't work

Thanks Bryan, that is good.
Is it normal to get an error saying that the packet size is not correct when attempting to write a CD with the unregistered 2.508. Wording is not exactly as displayed on program. |

The copy process should work without any problems, even under the Demo. Can you give the exact wording of what the error message is?

Hi,
Exact wording: Error: Invalid CUE SHEET command at line 3. Previous file is not a multiple of the specified block size. Hope this helps. Also, after your mail re. suitability of the drive, I paid for the program, expecting a quick email with the relevant codes, since the receipt actually indicated that it was already sent. I have not received any codes. In light of the new problem, if it cannot be resolved, would my money be refunded? JV |

Hi, I don't want to be a nuisance but, I have fallen way behind because I had no software suitable for my drive. I thought that my problems were over when I found Microstudio could do the job.
I am not an impatient person but can you please hurry with my registration details and a solution to the error I encountered earlier today. It would be appreciated. thanks JV |

James the Information was emailed to you. Please email me at support@mtu.com. I will give you the details that were sent to you last night, and check to make sure that you didn't type in your Email wrong. This could be the only reason that you didn't get the email.
Your error above is explained in the Manual, click the Help Menu, Read Manual. This problem is due to one of the .cdg files you are using being corrupted. Delete the files in the Songlist, and then put 1 file in at a time, clicking Test Write until you add the file that gives this error message. Once you find this file, delete it, so that you will no longer have this problem.
