MicroCD 2.3b or any other version won't support this new Plextor drive. The downfall is that Larry had to upgrade MicroCD to 2.4.01 to support this new drive. This version also requires you to have Microeditor 5.4.0.0. The only way to get this drive to work, is to upgrade both Microeditor and MicroCD. The prices Dave has on the web site for Microeditor are $250 if you have Micreditor 5.2c or below and if you have Microeditor 5.3.0.0 the price is $50. The new version of MicroCD is $50.
