Upgrade

I have purchased previously. I tried to upgrade, did not recognize my account, user ID or password. Had to get all new, still cannot upgrade. Previous info:

My HP 8100 quit working after the last upgrade (2.611). I purchased a Plextor 716A at the advice or you tech. Doesn't work. Cannot get the text to come up on the screen, with some ther isn't any snyc between words an music. This applies to songs that I had saved to the HDD which used to work but now do not.

Have you done all of the Windows Updates?

If not, you must do all of the Updates from http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com

Click on Custom and then make sure that you select everything under Software on the Left hand side.

You might have to do this up to 8-10 times.

Do you see the Plextor drive in your Microstudio Software? If so it is recognizing the drive and the drivers are working. If not, then Uninstall the Microstudio and Reinstall it. This should then allow your drive to show.

Let me know what happens once you do this.

All upgrades OK--now I can't get past the "Import Tracks" mode--I have a 'D' drive that is loaded with CD+Gs. Won't come up. Can bring them down under "Custom Assembly". Plextor 716A is shown as reader/writer. Can you fix the access to my old account? Maybe the upgrade will take care of this. Or maybe I should just go to disqworks. Could not load original MTU disc either. This is frustrating

You can now get into your New account with your new email and you will be using your New email as your Registration Email also.
