Songs listed as UNAVAILABLE

I am a long-time, personal-use-only Hoster aficionado. Recently, a block of songs (Buddy Holly from Zoom Karaoke) began appearing in my playlist as UNAVAILABLE. I\\\'ve found out that I could \\\"Mark as\\\" READY those songs ... and they would play; and they would remain READY for the rest of my session. However, upon returning later and reopening the same playlist, that same block of songs, among the 50 or so songs in the playlist, were again marked as UNAVAILABLE. The ZIP files all reside on an external HDD. Thoughts, anyone?

Re: Songs listed as UNAVAILABLE

Thank you, but no, KOD, the \"Skip\" box on the Add screen is not checked. And in considering earlier replies to similar questions posed by users a few years ago, I\'ve confirmed that the two tick boxes at the top of the Tools|Settings|Playlist page ARE checked, to allow replays of played songs.

Re: Songs listed as UNAVAILABLE

You might try: click on import songs top of page, then click on repair data base.

Re: Songs listed as UNAVAILABLE

Check the external hard drive for errors or the lead connecting it, perhaps try plugging it in to a different usb port.
