error write

I had a problem with my computer when running scan disc and it said i had some bad sectors and fixed them but my microstudio used to open with plextor manager and now opens with aol manager. when i get ready to write a disc it now says write error media disc problem by about the 8 or 9th track and cancels the write program. Can i uninstall the program and reinstall to correct the problem I am sure when the computer moved items from the bad sector things got messed up.

Are you receiving any error messages and if so, could you please post them back exactly as they appear, including all the numbers, if any.
