Support Tickets

Has anyone put in a ticket and had it go unreviewed/ignored for over a week? I submitted a ticket for a transfer request on the 19th, waited a few days, then sent a PM to a MTU support person. After a week I called and left a message. Is it surprising to me that it has been over a week and absolutely no response, good or bad, has been made. I finally could wait no longer and just bought the program again. My frustration lies not with having to purchase the program again, because it is excellent, but with lack of any response from support.
