Still having problems.

You may recall I was in here a short while back with the "0" bytes problem that I see is still doing the rounds,.

Fortunatley my problem disappeared and I was able to get Microstudio going by, as advised, uploading the Microsoft upgrades.

Regrettably downloading those Microsoft upgrades appear to have caused me another major problem as the hosting software I use at my gigs no longer works and has not done so since I downloaded the upgrades.

In an effort to see if Microstudio was causing problems with my player I uninstalled Microstudio, I do not now think that Microstudio has anything to do with the player problem I am having so I need to re-install the full paid up version of Microstudio I purchased back on to my laptop, I thought it would be just a case of downloading the demo version and putting in my registration but that appears not to be the case.

How do I get it back please, and hopefully I do not have to pay for it again. Wait to hear from you.

Thanks.

When you downloaded Micro Studio did you save the download to disc or write it to a cd? If you did you should be able to re-install it. Any time you download software make a backup copy of the download.

If you didn't. Go to your store account and log in and there should be a download link for it.

If all you did was uninstall Microstudio, and have not reformatted the pc,the installation file should still be in the folder you downloaded it to.

The default folder would be:

C:\program files\Micro Technology Unlimited\Microstudio.

Change the drive if you installed on any drive other than C:\

The file would look like:

mstudioxxxxsetup.exe

Since you have the registration code, you should have no problem re-installing.
