Re: A New law suit against Sound choice & others
I find it ironic that Sound Choice ran a Web Site from Australia for a while, in order to get around the US Copyright laws, and is now accused of breaking them here...

Re: A New law suit against Sound choice & others
Has KTS entered any moving papers, or a plea in this case yet? This suite looks a little on the "light" side, unfortunately. And i'm sure that the slep kings, haven't gotten rich off these old songs. So damages wouldn't be much. The slep kings a few years ago, tried to sue for copyright infrigement, in the state of michigan. Didn't work out so well for them. Just an annoyance to the "Slep Regime" i think. Might cut into curt's lawsuite profits. Ya know.....it's a living. But hey just say'in...what goes around.......
